We could not be more excited for Rebecca Beckler of Pilates949 to be joining us at the studio in December for a workshop on the Pilates Suspension Method. Rebecca is a decorated teacher with years of experience, as an Advanced Level STOTT PILATES trainer, a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer, a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Trainer, and an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. She then went on to blend the traditional Pilates equipment and mat based exercises with her suspension trainer, which turned into the Pilates Suspension Method she teaches today. December 7th 1pm-7pm: PSM Foundation Course
The 6-hour PSM Foundation Course sets the foundation for all the other PSM Courses. You will learn 74 essential, intermediate, and advanced level Pilates based exercises on suspension trainer. The exercises will be taught in traditional Pilates Series like the Footwork Series, Mid-Back Series, and the Feet in Straps Series. Each exercise is broken down in detail and modifications will be discussed and demonstrated. This Course includes a paperback manual and e-book version of the manual. No Pilates experience is required to take this course. This course is also approved for 6 PMA CECs and .6 ACE CECs.

December 8th 12pm-6pm: PSM 2.0 (Intermediate/Advanced)
The 6-hour PSM 2.0 Course is a continuation of the Foundation Course. This course introduces more Intermediate and Advanced Level Pilates based exercises in some of the same series as the PSM Foundation Course. Many of the exercises in this course can easily be modified to make appropriate for beginner level clients as well. You will learn 74 brand new Pilates rooted exercises on the Suspension Trainer. Each exercise is broken down in detail and modifications will be discussed and demonstrated. You are NOT required to take the PSM Foundation Course before the PSM 2.0, but it is highly recommended. This Course includes a paperback manual and e-book version of the manual. No Pilates experience is required to take this course. This course is also approved for 6 PMA CECs. You can also easily petition this course for .6 ACE CECs

December 9th 8am-2pm: PSM 3.0 (Strength, Grace, and Power)
The 6-hour PSM 3.0 Course is more of an athletic approach to the Pilates Suspension Method. This course introduces 77 Essential, Intermediate, and Advanced level exercise all done in progressive series.  In this course props, jump board interval inspired exercises, and yoga influences are mixed in with all the Pilates based exercises. You are NOT required to take the PSM Foundation or 2.0 Course before this course. This course includes a paperback manual and e-book version of the manual. No Pilates experience is required to take this course. This course will be approved for 6 PMA CECs and can easily be petitioned for .6 ACE CECS.
