As our name indicates, we are a full service Pilates studio but we offer so much more! Some of our disciplines include Stott™ Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis®, Yoga, Yamuna Body   Rolling®, TRX, and Thai Yoga massage - taught in private, semi-private and group classes.

We are also one of the first of only two locations in New England to offer ActivCore FEX®.  We are passionate about providing our students with an intelligent approach to exercise, whether you are looking to begin an exercise program, develop a personal practice, enhance athletic and sports specific performance, rehabilitate an injury or improve overall fitness and health.
