Absolute Beginner’s Pilates Mat and Reformer Series
A 6 week series for new Pilates clients. Working together in a small group of 4, you’ll be introduced to the beginner level Pilates mat and reformer exercises, with emphasis placed on learning proper Pilates breathing, developing “core” connection, strength, flexibility and proper alignment.. You will begin to understand how to access your Powerhouse muscles and work to maintain that engagement through movement. You will become familiar with your beginning safe ranges of motion and how to tell when you’re ready to increase the challenge by increasing your range of motion.
